Adrish Ganguly Joins Ranks of Leading Professionals
Cambridge Who's Who honors Adrish Ganguly for practiced expertise in manufacturing engineering

DANBURY, CT, June 5, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Adrish Ganguly, Senior Engineer for Williams Advanced Materials, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of manufacturing engineering.

With eight years of professional experience, Dr. Ganguly is recognized as an expert in microelectronics. In 2007, he brought his talents to Williams Advanced Materials, a manufacturer of electronic materials and semiconductors. As a senior engineer, he is responsible for conducting and supervising research, overseeing the development of new products in accordance with the company's strategies, verifying progress reports, maintaining the equipment, and training new users. Dr. Ganguly has hands-on experience in metallography, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, optical microscopy, and X-ray diffractometry.

Dr. Ganguly received his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University, from which he graduated with a 3.4 GPA and earned a research fellowship. He also supervised senior design projects and sophomore projects at his alma mater. Additionally, Dr. Ganguly earned a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Science and Engineering from the University of Calcutta in his native India. He is a member of the American Ceramic Society and the Materials Research Society. In his spare time, he volunteers as a teacher at his local high schools. Dr. Ganguly aspires to establish his own manufacturing company within the next five years.
